GLOBAL-ESCORT.COM · WHAT I DISPUTE

2024 and 2026.
The gaps recur.

I reviewed all 74 pages of the first case archive, then the 2026 correspondence. These are the unfulfilled commitments, errors and conflicting accounts behind my verdict as a customer. Open a point to compare the messages.

14 comparisons. Two bookings.

Eight findings specific to 2024, five points from 2026 and a compensation promise linking the two cases. Quotations retain links to their context; date discrepancies are identified as those of the export.

08

2024 · The first case, reviewed in full.

The problem begins before the replacement: an uncertain timetable, unclear confirmations and payments that do not lead to a meeting.

01

2024 · COMMITMENT & DELIVERY

Payment received. Tickets still to be arranged.

Ticket purchase was to start immediately after payment. After acknowledging receipt, the emails still discuss waiting for prices and buying in the next few days.

Compare the messages

15 April: their commitment

“After receiving your payment, we will immediately begin purchasing air tickets”

5 then 7 May: what follows

Payment acknowledged on 5 May. On 7 May, purchase is still promised “in the next few days or earlier”.

My assessment as the customer

My initial stay starts on 7 May. Despite acknowledged receipt of payment, I still receive a statement about a future purchase. I criticise the agency for failing to secure a clear delivery schedule.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency says late receipt of payment caused fares to rise and mentions a collection difficulty involving the payee’s name. These explanations are retained. The record cannot establish exact banking times or authenticate tickets. Dates are those displayed in the export.

02

2024 · CONFLICTING DATES

The departure date changes between their messages.

Two messages dated 8 May describe the initial journey as departing “today”, then as departing on 7 May and arriving on 8 May.

Compare the messages

8 May, 07:31 in the export

“is flying today […] at 6:05 pm”

8 May, 09:22 in the export

“Departure time – May 7 at 18:05 […] But arrival at Kos airport, May 8.”
My assessment as the customer

The account does not give a consistent departure date. To organise my stay, I needed precise information I could act on rather than several versions of the itinerary.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The message that evening again describes arrival as “tomorrow”. A text error, an export issue or a changed schedule could explain the discrepancies; the emails do not establish which. I identify a written contradiction without inferring a fictitious flight.

03

2024 · BREAKDOWN IN FOLLOW-UP

“Fully controlling” the process, then losing contact.

The agency claims control over the entire journey. It then reports no response and cannot confirm the connecting departure.

Compare the messages

The assurance

“We are fully controlling the entire process”

The situation subsequently reported

“we haven’t received a response yet […] we have not received confirmation of departure from Brussels Airport”
My assessment as the customer

I rely on the agency to track arrival. When it can no longer confirm the next stage of the journey, its assurances are unusable to me. I challenge that certainty when follow-up still depends on missing confirmations.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency describes the loss of contact, then gives a medical explanation and describes attempts to find a solution. An unexpected event can happen; my criticism concerns its assurances and follow-up, without publishing individual medical information.

04

2024 · AMBIGUOUS TICKET STATUS

“Already booked”, but the purchase still needs funding.

Two options are described as already booked. The agency then announces an amount needed to buy the tickets urgently.

Compare the messages

The confirmation message

“We have already booked 2 flight options.”

What remains to be done

“Very soon we will provide you with the exact amount that is necessary for the purchase of air tickets”
My assessment as the customer

The wording suggests progress, but departure still depends on payment. I criticise customer service for leaving the distinction between a held option, a paid ticket and a ready-to-travel itinerary unclear.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

A temporary reservation can precede ticket issuance. “Booked” and “paid” therefore describe different states. The documented point is ambiguous communication, not proof that the options did not exist. The eventual supplement requested is about USD 715 (E02).

05

2024 · SUPPLEMENT WITHOUT A MEETING

Another USD 715. Then a cancelled reservation.

I pay the requested supplement to rescue the replacement. The receipt acknowledgement also announces cancellation of the reservation.

Compare the messages

The additional amount requested

“an urgent amount of $714.89 - $715 […] is required”

Receipt and outcome

“We have successfully received your money transfer. […] the booking of air tickets was automatically Canceled.”
My assessment as the customer

That supplement produced no meeting. In my later account, I state that I did not receive it back. I want a clear breakdown of how it was used; the claimed efforts and discounts do not account for an expense without the promised outcome.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency attributes cancellation to a transfer arriving too late and says the reservation expired two hours before departure. The record cannot determine banking timings. E03 and E50 come from the same email: they concern one payment already included in USD 3,039.

06

2024 · SHORTENED PROPOSED SERVICE

Five days sold. Only three days envisaged.

The five-day stay becomes a possible three-day replacement. The remaining two days are deferred to a future booking.

Compare the messages

The original scope

“your order is calculated from May 7 to 11 (full 5 days)”

The proposed solution

“only for 3 days […] 2 free days […] for your future order”
My assessment as the customer

My availability is tied to a specific trip. Days offered on a future stay do not restore the time lost at my destination. Even those three proposed days ultimately did not lead to a meeting.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency had also proposed extending the stay to 12 May. It later acknowledges I could not stay beyond that. The two days offered here and the five free days offered later are successive proposals; I do not add them together to invent seven compensation days.

07

2024 · DISPUTED OUTCOME

No meeting. Commitments described as fulfilled.

The agency acknowledges a disrupted holiday and an unsuccessful journey. Yet it describes the request, then its side of the agreements, as fulfilled.

Compare the messages

The outcome it describes

“We are very sorry that your vacation was disrupted”

Its assessment of its commitments

“all the agreements from our side have been fulfilled”
My assessment as the customer

The service I expected was a meeting during my stay. It did not happen. I therefore dispute an assessment that presents the commitments as fulfilled while offering future compensation for an absent outcome.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency cites expenses, urgency, attempts made and delayed payment. “Request fulfilled” may refer to its arrangements rather than the meeting. Those explanations remain visible; I distinguish its description of its work from the outcome I actually received.

08

2024 · EXPORT CHRONOLOGY

Follow-up dates outside the stay’s timetable.

An update dated 23 May still describes an airport wait; the next recalls that my stay ended on 12 May.

Compare the messages

23 May in the export

“is still at Warsaw airport”

The acknowledged end of the stay

“your last stay in the city of Kos ends on May 12”
My assessment as the customer

The written follow-up is hard to reconcile with the stay dates. Another message, dated 31 May, still asks me to wait for a reply by 22 May. I identify that lack of a coherent timetable in the record received.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

These discrepancies appear in the supplied export. Their cause cannot be determined without original headers and travel records. They prove neither a multi-day airport wait, nor a person’s physical presence, nor intentional fabrication.

05

2026 · Errors and disputes in the second case.

The direct purchase, acknowledged incorrect information, further payment requests and the cancellation I dispute.

09

DIRECT PURCHASE & RESPONSIBILITY

Direct purchase offered. Then responsibility rejected.

They offer direct ticket purchase, acknowledge a wrong name, then rely on the independent purchase to reject responsibility for the missed flight.

Compare the messages

Their option

“you can purchase the selected air tickets yourself”

Their response after the failure

“We do not accept responsibility […] for the resulting missed flight.”
My assessment as the customer

I chose an option they offered and booked using the details they supplied. Their acknowledgement of the wrong name makes their refusal to accept the consequences particularly difficult for me to accept.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency says it corrected the details as soon as it discovered the error. It says it could not amend the ticket and asked for my help while I was unavailable. No independent report from Eurowings is supplied.

10

WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS

My instructions were written down. The agency says it lacked a decision.

I gave a conditional choice and a fallback before becoming unavailable. The agency later cites the lack of a precise answer in time.

Compare the messages

My earlier message

“I confirm that I am still willing to proceed with the original arrangements”

Their explanation

“we did not receive your exact answer in time”
My assessment as the customer

My agreement depended on a replacement without extra charges; I had also given a fallback and warned that email access would be limited. I dispute reducing that situation to a missing decision.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency also cites a precautionary reason for the initial withdrawal. My criticism here concerns coordination and how my instructions were presented.

11

CONFIRMATIONS & ANOTHER ADVANCE

A replacement described as arranged. Another USD 485 requested.

Statements that the replacement was arranged are followed by a new payment request and urgency over buying tickets.

Compare the messages

The announcement

“has successfully carried out the urgent process of replacing the new model”

The next step

An additional USD 485 requested, followed by a demand for payment before the morning flight.

My assessment as the customer

Those confirmations led me to expect an actual arrival. I ultimately had to choose between another advance to the agency and buying the flights directly. The announced replacement did not turn into a meeting.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency distinguishes reserving the companion from completing the transport. It cites insufficient miles and its manager’s funds. I offered the USD 485 after arrival; no payment of that amount is established.

12

CLARITY OF THE NEW PRICE

My confirmation requested before the exact amount.

For renewed transport on 12 October, the agency requests an urgent decision but says it will obtain the exact price after my confirmation.

Compare the messages

Their message

“Only after your confirmation will we receive the exact amount”

My final question

“Could you please confirm the exact additional cost […]?”
My assessment as the customer

I ask for the cost so I can decide. In the last available exchange, I am still waiting for that amount. This sequence sustains the urgency while leaving the budget for renewed transport incomplete.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The request concerns fresh transport after the missed flight, with a new fare to obtain. It must not be confused with the earlier USD 485 offer or counted as money already paid.

13

DISPUTED CANCELLATION

My refusal to pay in advance becomes a cancellation.

The agency treats the absence of confirmation on its terms as my refusal of the meeting. I immediately dispute that interpretation.

Compare the messages

Their interpretation

“we perceive this as your refusal […] and […] the Cancellation of your order”

My response

“please do not interpret my position as a cancellation request”
My assessment as the customer

I remained willing to meet the companion and discuss a contribution after arrival. I refused another advance. The agency attributes a cancellation to my silence which I reject in writing.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

The agency considered continuation to require acceptance and funding of its new terms. My willingness to proceed was also conditional. The dispute concerns those terms and who requested cancellation.

01

2024 → 2026 · Compensation that never led to a meeting.

A promise of free services, then another paid booking: I ask how the two were reconciled.

14

2024 COMPENSATION

Services promised free. Another paid booking.

Five free days are offered in 2024. In 2026, the new booking still includes USD 800 for services. I am asking how the promise was applied.

Compare the messages

The 2024 promise

“you do not need to pay again for model services”

The 2026 order

USD 800 for services within a USD 1,042 order.

My assessment as the customer

I dispute how the compensation is presented. The promised days never resulted in a meeting, and I have not received a breakdown showing how they were used.

Their explanation and the comparison’s limits

On 27 August 2026, the agency explains that it is offering discounts rather than a full refund of the old deposit. It later says the deposit has been used. Those explanations are included; the earlier commitment did not explicitly make transport free.

What I recognise in both experiences.

The circumstances differ. These comparisons concern how the agency confirms, funds and accounts for the outcome.

Another advance to rescue the replacement.

2024: about USD 715 to be transferred urgently for tickets.

2026: USD 485 requested, then further transport to fund.

Two booking methods. The same outcome for me.

2024: the agency says it purchases and arranges the flights itself; no meeting.

2026: I buy flights at its invitation; the error is acknowledged and responsibility rejected. No meeting as of 12 October.

Promised days I never experienced.

2024: five days announced, then three envisaged and future compensation.

2026: five days acknowledged in the booking, but no meeting by the record’s cutoff.

What I specifically hold against the agency.

Beyond the wording, these are the consequences I experienced as a customer.

Taking payment without delivering the agreed meeting.

Two paid bookings and four announced companions. By the last exchange, I had met none of them.

Requesting more advances without securing arrival.

An extra USD 715 in 2024, then USD 485 requested in 2026 and further transport to be paid after the missed flight. I also purchased the flights directly.

Giving me incorrect details before my purchase.

The agency acknowledges an incorrect surname and passport series. I hold it responsible for checking too late, after instructing me to book the selected flights.

Leaving me to coordinate the problem during my holiday.

In 2024, dates shift in the emails and the connection remains unconfirmed. In 2026, I follow up during the night and check the flight status. The complaint is then met with criticism of my messages and supposed use of AI.

Leaving the compensation and financial resolution without a practical outcome.

The five days offered after 2024 never produced a meeting. I now want financial reimbursement and decline another promised stay.

Presenting attempted arrangements as a sufficient outcome.

In 2024, the agency describes its agreements as fulfilled while acknowledging a disrupted holiday. I judge the service by the agreed meeting, its timing and my payments. Neither case has produced a meeting as of 12 October 2026.

Their position and my own decisions.

What the agency maintains

In 2024, the agency cites payment delays, fare rises, a medical reason and replacement expenses. In 2026, it cites the direct purchase, my unavailability and its financial efforts. It disputes my allegations. These arguments accompany the comparisons rather than being removed from the account.

What I decided

I refused more advance payments to the agency, offered to contribute after an actual meeting and then chose to buy the flights directly. I was unavailable for part of the night. I also announced my intention to publish my experience. Those decisions are part of this account.

What the 2024 archive contains

2024 archive review: 74 pages, 64 numbered blocks. Four blocks contain messages unrelated to the booking, and the last is a 2025 follow-up. The customer’s initial replies are not reproduced in full. Those limits prevent some conclusions about dates, changes of first name or how payments were processed.

Those explanations do not change my outcome: substantial expenditure, no meeting and lost trust. My verdict as the customer remains: a scam.
