Another advance to rescue the replacement.
2024: about USD 715 to be transferred urgently for tickets.
2026: USD 485 requested, then further transport to fund.
GLOBAL-ESCORT.COM · WHAT I DISPUTE
I reviewed all 74 pages of the first case archive, then the 2026 correspondence. These are the unfulfilled commitments, errors and conflicting accounts behind my verdict as a customer. Open a point to compare the messages.
Eight findings specific to 2024, five points from 2026 and a compensation promise linking the two cases. Quotations retain links to their context; date discrepancies are identified as those of the export.
The problem begins before the replacement: an uncertain timetable, unclear confirmations and payments that do not lead to a meeting.
2024 · COMMITMENT & DELIVERY
15 April: their commitment
“After receiving your payment, we will immediately begin purchasing air tickets”
My initial stay starts on 7 May. Despite acknowledged receipt of payment, I still receive a statement about a future purchase. I criticise the agency for failing to secure a clear delivery schedule.
2024 · CONFLICTING DATES
8 May, 09:22 in the export
“Departure time – May 7 at 18:05 […] But arrival at Kos airport, May 8.”
The account does not give a consistent departure date. To organise my stay, I needed precise information I could act on rather than several versions of the itinerary.
2024 · BREAKDOWN IN FOLLOW-UP
The situation subsequently reported
“we haven’t received a response yet […] we have not received confirmation of departure from Brussels Airport”
I rely on the agency to track arrival. When it can no longer confirm the next stage of the journey, its assurances are unusable to me. I challenge that certainty when follow-up still depends on missing confirmations.
2024 · AMBIGUOUS TICKET STATUS
What remains to be done
“Very soon we will provide you with the exact amount that is necessary for the purchase of air tickets”
The wording suggests progress, but departure still depends on payment. I criticise customer service for leaving the distinction between a held option, a paid ticket and a ready-to-travel itinerary unclear.
2024 · SUPPLEMENT WITHOUT A MEETING
That supplement produced no meeting. In my later account, I state that I did not receive it back. I want a clear breakdown of how it was used; the claimed efforts and discounts do not account for an expense without the promised outcome.
2024 · SHORTENED PROPOSED SERVICE
My availability is tied to a specific trip. Days offered on a future stay do not restore the time lost at my destination. Even those three proposed days ultimately did not lead to a meeting.
2024 · DISPUTED OUTCOME
The service I expected was a meeting during my stay. It did not happen. I therefore dispute an assessment that presents the commitments as fulfilled while offering future compensation for an absent outcome.
2024 · EXPORT CHRONOLOGY
The written follow-up is hard to reconcile with the stay dates. Another message, dated 31 May, still asks me to wait for a reply by 22 May. I identify that lack of a coherent timetable in the record received.
The direct purchase, acknowledged incorrect information, further payment requests and the cancellation I dispute.
DIRECT PURCHASE & RESPONSIBILITY
Their response after the failure
“We do not accept responsibility […] for the resulting missed flight.”
I chose an option they offered and booked using the details they supplied. Their acknowledgement of the wrong name makes their refusal to accept the consequences particularly difficult for me to accept.
WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS
My earlier message
“I confirm that I am still willing to proceed with the original arrangements”
My agreement depended on a replacement without extra charges; I had also given a fallback and warned that email access would be limited. I dispute reducing that situation to a missing decision.
CONFIRMATIONS & ANOTHER ADVANCE
The announcement
“has successfully carried out the urgent process of replacing the new model”
Those confirmations led me to expect an actual arrival. I ultimately had to choose between another advance to the agency and buying the flights directly. The announced replacement did not turn into a meeting.
CLARITY OF THE NEW PRICE
I ask for the cost so I can decide. In the last available exchange, I am still waiting for that amount. This sequence sustains the urgency while leaving the budget for renewed transport incomplete.
DISPUTED CANCELLATION
Their interpretation
“we perceive this as your refusal […] and […] the Cancellation of your order”
I remained willing to meet the companion and discuss a contribution after arrival. I refused another advance. The agency attributes a cancellation to my silence which I reject in writing.
A promise of free services, then another paid booking: I ask how the two were reconciled.
2024 COMPENSATION
I dispute how the compensation is presented. The promised days never resulted in a meeting, and I have not received a breakdown showing how they were used.
The circumstances differ. These comparisons concern how the agency confirms, funds and accounts for the outcome.
2024: about USD 715 to be transferred urgently for tickets.
2026: USD 485 requested, then further transport to fund.
2024: the agency says it purchases and arranges the flights itself; no meeting.
2026: I buy flights at its invitation; the error is acknowledged and responsibility rejected. No meeting as of 12 October.
2024: five days announced, then three envisaged and future compensation.
2026: five days acknowledged in the booking, but no meeting by the record’s cutoff.
Beyond the wording, these are the consequences I experienced as a customer.
In 2024, dates shift in the emails and the connection remains unconfirmed. In 2026, I follow up during the night and check the flight status. The complaint is then met with criticism of my messages and supposed use of AI.
In 2024, the agency describes its agreements as fulfilled while acknowledging a disrupted holiday. I judge the service by the agreed meeting, its timing and my payments. Neither case has produced a meeting as of 12 October 2026.
In 2024, the agency cites payment delays, fare rises, a medical reason and replacement expenses. In 2026, it cites the direct purchase, my unavailability and its financial efforts. It disputes my allegations. These arguments accompany the comparisons rather than being removed from the account.
I refused more advance payments to the agency, offered to contribute after an actual meeting and then chose to buy the flights directly. I was unavailable for part of the night. I also announced my intention to publish my experience. Those decisions are part of this account.
2024 archive review: 74 pages, 64 numbered blocks. Four blocks contain messages unrelated to the booking, and the last is a 2025 follow-up. The customer’s initial replies are not reproduced in full. Those limits prevent some conclusions about dates, changes of first name or how payments were processed.
Those explanations do not change my outcome: substantial expenditure, no meeting and lost trust. My verdict as the customer remains: a scam.
