2024: the booking did not result in a stay together

The original booking was for five days in Kos. After complications and a replacement attempt, I received no service during my holiday. The May correspondence describes cancellation, further attempts to arrange travel and eventually a return journey for the proposed replacement.

The agency disputed fault and referred to expenses it said it had incurred. Its later correspondence turned to future services. I record those statements as its explanation, without independently confirming the internal costs.

June–July 2024: future services offered

The June correspondence offered five days of services for a future trip. On 12 July, the agency wrote that it was ready to fulfil the order and that I did not need to pay again for model services. The published excerpt retains that specific scope.

That wording concerns the service component. It does not provide a cash repayment reference or establish that every future flight and transfer would be free. The record therefore keeps the compensation promise separate from an actual refund.

August 2026: discounts discussed for another booking

The agency contacted me again about the earlier case. In its 27 August message, it said the earlier deposit would not be reimbursed in full and described an attempt to obtain the maximum discount on services and transportation as compensation.

The later Tenerife order lists $1,042 as the rounded total. It contains a discounted service price, but the order summary does not provide a detailed accounting of how each earlier payment was applied.

9 October 2026: the previous deposit described as used

In the later message supplied as text, the agency said the past deposit had been fully used and could not be used at that moment. It described its own losses, discounts, remaining bonus miles and manager funding, then promised exact payment information.

The message did not state the new amount. At that point I was still asking for an arrival date and time, with no further payment. The agency’s explanation of a used deposit does not identify a refund transaction.

I continue to seek the meeting, with payment after arrival

My earlier deadline requested a physical arrival by 12 October. After the missed flight I first ask for a solution entirely at the agency’s expense, then repeat my willingness to contribute only after an actual meeting.

I challenge the cancellation attributed to me and ask for the exact new transport amount. These messages are preserved so that the record does not portray my position as a simple unconditional refusal.

Agency payments and a separate flight expense

My expenditure comprises $3,039 paid to the agency plus €1,060.98 paid directly for the replacement companion’s return flights. This is what my “more than $4,000” overall statement refers to. The flight amount was clarified on 12 October (E40); original currencies are retained.

12 October: cancellation disputed, final price question unanswered in the file

11 October flight missed according to the agency. On 12 October, its cancellation interpretation is expressly disputed; the last supplied email asks for the new transport price. No later reply, meeting or refund is documented.

The record contains neither an accepted cancellation by the customer nor proof of a later booking reinstatement. It also does not supply a final monetary refund decision or a payment transaction.

How a resolution would be reflected here

A documented arrival, reimbursement or agreed settlement would require a dated update to the review, the financial record and this page. The original chronology would remain visible so readers could follow what changed.

The agency can send a relevant written response or factual correction through the existing email conversation. This page reports my complaint; it does not determine another customer’s refund rights or guarantee a recovery outcome.

The agency threatens to withdraw exceptional arrangements

The agency says that without a clear timely decision and transport payment, it will consider the booking concluded and the exceptional compensation and additional arrangements withdrawn. The statement is conditional when made.

The exact scope of “exceptional compensation” is not itemised in that response. It should not automatically be treated as a fully documented cancellation of every promise made since 2024. I ask for the treatment of the earlier five-day offer and the shortened stay.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RECORD

A few more details.

Did Global Escort refund the 2024 booking?

I state in the new emails that the 2024 replacement supplement was never refunded. The older record contains offers of future services. No independent bank reconciliation or evidence of a later refund is included in the material supplied.

Does the site demand $3,039 as an established refund?

The figure is the reconstructed total of three rounded amounts. It is not presented as an independently verified sum legally due or a confirmed net loss.

Is this an official complaints channel?

This is an independent publication about one customer’s experience. It does not accept bookings, represent the agency or process complaints on behalf of other people.
